an afternoon like this~~~
With a cup of latte, a green tea flavoured macaroon and a book of Haruki Murakami, I spent my afternoon in a Cafe. First time of my life tt I think I am enjoying life~~~haha! XD
The latte just tasted like latte, the macaroon was a bit too sweet for me but the book was brilliant!=)
Was reading Haruki Murakami's books recently. I just finished reading The Norwegian Wood. It was actually the second time I read it, the first time was about 6 yrs ago, when I was in sec1. I did not finish the book at tt time, cos I found the content too adult that I could not accept it. I picked it up recently as a lot of ppl around me recommended this book to me. My comment abt it was wonderful. It might be hard to believe but it was abt the true humanity, the human desire and the relationships. It did not give a very clear difination of love, insteard, it described the teenage life of a man with his friends and girlfriends and this was enough to tell sth.
I was reading another book of Murakami. It was not a noval, there were a lot of short stories in it. Short and sweet and also more room for thought. I found the story called Birthday Girl very interesting. It was talking abt a girl, who was asked to make a wish on her twentieth birthday by a stranger, and the man told her that he would make her wish come true, but only one wish, The girl felt strange of course but she did make a wish at the end. It was not a fairy tale, the man in the story did not have super power also. The girl's wish did not come true immediately. However when she talked abt the man many years later, she knew that the man nv lied to her. Her wish really came true......
Tt was really a meaningful birthday present. I am going to be twenty this year, I was wondering will there be anyone ask me to make a wish and tell me it will come true soon. Will I choose to believe it like a little girl believing in fairy tales or will I just take it as an illusion and don't give it a second thought? I think it will be great if I think it seriously with my twenty-year old mind, and make a wish sincerely. Since I will be twenty, I dun think I will sit still and wait for the angels to make my wish come true. The wish will be the goal I have in mind when I am twenty, the turning point of my life. Then I will work toward the goal just as what I have been taught in the past twenty years of my life. When I really reach the goal many years later, I may think my life is a fairy tale, though I am an adult. Make a wish seriously, u nv know how powerful ur wish can be!=)
It was nice to have an afternoon like this once in a while. I may not be able to sit down and read books like this in the next few months. I will start to work soon. I will find a work to do on weekdays and some other jobs to do at weekends. Like tt, I can only read on the MRT~~~
Share the song 是否 love is over, it was actually the mixture of 2 songs, 是否 and love is over. When I first hear it on TV yesterday, I was totally impressed. The 2 songs perfectly blend together, u can recognise the tone of each song, at the same time, they sound like the harmony of each other!!! It is very very very very niceeeee!!!!=))))))
By the way, did not blog for very long liao, I was busy with different applications in the past few weeks. I was quite worried tt if I could not get in the course I wanted to do, what else I could choose. Glad that I found a few possible choices at the open house. Now I make a decision, I will try to appeal for the course I want, no matter wad, I will love wadever course I get!=)

Well, my FEB in sichuan was quite fulfilled, but not in the way I planned. Did not get a chance to learn driving, cos there wasn't enough time for me to finish the course and get my licence. However, I found a very good guitar teacher and a very nice sports club, heihei!!!XDDD
There were seriously a lot of dinner to attend. I was alr sick of eating liao. Luckily I signed up as a member of the sports club and tried to go there whenever I am free, if not, I will be seriously overweight now! LOL!
Had fun playing with my lovely doggies!!!=)) They were soooooo cute!!<3333 Shall upload the photos another time!!=PP
